Whilst many larger companies only seek vast network installations or server work, we are happy to look after our customers at a more personal level - minor repairs, upgrades or bigger projects - all are part of our service!

Ferns also are registered with the various Grant bodies in the area and can be retained to assist in completing applications or recommending IT solutions as appropriate. This usually starts with a brief chat about your IT needs from which we can assist in building an IT system proposal tailored for your organization, justifying what hardware and software you need and how it will improve your day to day running of your business.

Urgent Repairs
There is a fast-track service available for business-critical machine failure diagnosis and repair, (or replacement and data re-instatement where a repair is not financially viable). Our engineers are happy to work onsite, and we have been known, on occasion, to pull the odd all nighter where necessary!
